The challenge
Admissions, academics, and finance on one platform
Schools run on paperwork. This platform replaces it: digital admissions with configurable approval workflows, academic records with attendance and grading, a library system with checkout tracking, and a finance module that auto-generates invoices, handles fee structures, discounts, and late payments. Configurable per school with an API-driven frontend.

Admissions & Enrolment
Online application portal, document collection, configurable approval workflow, and auto-generated student ID numbers on enrolment.
Academic Records
Class and section management, attendance tracking, assessment and grading, and an end-of-term report card generator.
Fee Management
Configurable fee structures per grade and term, discount rules (sibling, merit, need-based), auto-generated invoices, and payment tracking.
Library System
Book catalog, student checkout and return tracking, overdue alerts, and a fine calculation engine — integrated with student records.
Finance Module
Revenue reports, outstanding dues, payment receipts, and an export for accounting integration — real-time financial visibility.
API-driven Frontend
All functionality exposed via REST API, allowing the frontend to be customized per school branding without any backend changes.
